IIFYM
If it fits your macros
Flexible dieting
The Pop Tart diet
The diet that makes you eat junk food
We’re all familiar with IIFYM in the nutrition world, and love it or loathe it, it’s here to stay.
As a huge proponent of flexible dieting, I’m asked what my view is on certain aspects of IIFYM several times per day, and 9 times out of 10, I end up sending a link to an article, blog or Youtube video to whoever is asking the question, as 99% of the most common issues and queries regarding IIFYM have already been answered somewhere on “teh interwebz.”
And this got me thinking, (dangerous, I know) –
“What if every link, to every decent IIFYM article was in just one place?
What if everything was subdivided into categories, so it was easily accessible for the average person to find?
Wouldn’t that be great?”
And that got me thinking even more. With those cogs going into overdrive, and the little monkey that powers my brain working double time, I decided that I could be the guy to do that.
So here we go, welcome to the Healthy Living Heavy Lifting Ultimate Guide to Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About IIFYM.
Strap yourself in, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
This section is a collection of the comprehensive guides on IIFYM. If you want everything in one go, these are what you need –

Thank you for all your research and sharing all these great articles with the public all in one place!
You’re welcome Kim, thanks for stopping by
Thanks for this wonderful resource. Once I read all of these I should know a ton more about how to help Columbus, Ohio residents lose weight and get lean. I do not currently keep track of my macros or even try to get my clients at Jackhammer Strength Training to hit certain macro nutrient targets.
awesome guide Mike, got this bookmarked on all my tech, just in case. It’s an invaluable resource
Wow. That’s a lot of info lol. Thanks for compiling it. I’ve been doing a good job of building lean muscle but my “diet” doesn’t have enough variety. Hopefully there’s something in here for me. I only have about 3% body fat so I’m trying to just put on muscle. It’s working but I’m sure this information is going to be extremely helpful to me. Thanks again for all the research.
Thank you for putting this together! Lots of reading, lots to learn!
Awesome job man
Always a Good Read Mike! Just wish I could get motivated to make it all work as easy as you explain it to be. I always seem to struggle.
Thanks for sharing all of your information with all of us,I have dropped a couple of lbs over the last few week as I am just starting out on the flexible diet and I am loving it. Cheers
Thanks for having all this in one place, so informative. I was looking for articles to send to clients regarding flexible eating and this has everything! many thanks.

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
Hello would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to be running off the screen in Opera. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let you know. The design look great though! Hope you get the issue solved soon. Cheers

I have been surfing on-line greater than 3 hours as of late, but I never found any attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s pretty price sufficient for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made just right content material as you probably did, the net will probably be a lot more helpful than ever before.
Always a major fan of linking to bloggers that I enjoy but dont get a good deal of link like from.
