I’m Mike, I’m a coach, and I’m good at what I do.

That may seem arrogant, but I believe it to be 100% true. There are too many coaches in the industry today who think that training people online is nothing more than giving meal plans, adjusting macronutrients and setting training programs. I am not one of those coaches.

Sure, I do all those things. I can get you to lose fat, build muscle, get fitter and stronger. I can train you for –

  • Photo shoots
  • Bodybuilding contests
  • Fitness/ figure competitions (Both male and female)
  • Powerlifting meets
  • Endurance events
  • General fat loss

And I’ll get you the results you want. But there’s more to coaching than that.

My role isn’t just to tell you to eat more carbs, add in cardio, or reprimand you for eating a pizza. I listen to you. I’m your support, your encouragement and your accountability.

I ensure you achieve all your aims, whether they’re physique-based, performance-based, or your deepest desire is to simply have a healthier relationship with food.

The thing that makes me different to other coaches? I will NEVER do this at the expense of your health, your sanity and your enjoyment of life itself.

Looking awesome and feeling fantastic are NOT mutually exclusive. You can live a normal life, go out to eat with your kids, have drinks with friends, make the most of everything the world has to offer and be in great shape.

And I’m pretty damn good at getting that balance for you.

What’s Up? My name is Steve Hall, competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and online coach.

Before getting into the fitness industry I graduated from The University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) in Geography with Business. However, fitness has always played a pivotal role in my life. From playing for Cheltenham Athletics Youth Football Team to then being a competitive mid-distance runner, to now a dude who likes to look good lifting heavy stuff and helping others do the same.

My main aim is to guide, educate and empower others towards their health and fitness goals. My typical client base are men looking to either gain lean muscle mass or shred fat, whilst getting stronger, to eventually compete in either Powerlifting or a Physique contest. However, I do and have worked with a wide range of people, from stay at home mums to office bound dads. Whoever you are, I want to help you become the best version of yourself, and know how you got there.

Outside of my job as an online coach and lifting weights, I also love to cook up new recipes, travel the globe and chill-out in front of a good film.

Hey I’m Carly.

I specialise in helping women get to where they want to be in terms of weight, shape, size and confidence.

Actually, I don’t “specialise” in it ... I’m really, really good at it!

I’ve been there and tried all the fad diets and quick fixes. The days of low-carbs, low-calories and 2-hour cardio sessions. The detox diets, disgusting shakes and strict meal plans that don’t allow you to live your life.

I’ve lost the weight and looked skinny, but felt dreadful. The I’ve piled it back on, had the pangs of guilt and begun the cycle all over again.

What I’m trying to say is that I know what you’re going through. But I’ve come out the other side leaner and slimmer, feeling fitter, stronger and sexier, and gained confidence in my body. I realise that this has to be something long-term that works for you and for your lifestyle, because what good is it being slim if you hate life and can’t have fun?

I also spent 10 years as a bank manager, and was in a heavy metal band, so if you need a hand setting up a mortgage, or want to learn a killer Black Sabbath lick, I’m your man for that too.

Im Anthony Sydric. Im a 31 year old online coach/personal trainer and lifetime natural bodybuilder with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.

Health,fitness and nutrition especially can be confusing at times, with a new fad diet emerging on a seemingly weekly basis and various foods and food groups wrongly being labelled as unhealthy, sometimes it’s hard to know what to do.....well it doesn’t need to be this way....

Getting low bodyfat has and will always be about being in a caloric defecit. There is no magic pill, no need to go on some whacky restrictive diet or crazy juice cleanse...it’s all about being consistent with your diet whilst still eating the foods you enjoy in moderation.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and ever since I can remember I’ve always had a passion for keeping in shape and specifically...lifting heavy stuff! During that time, through lots of trial and error, I’ve found out what works and what doesn’t work so well. This lifestyle is my passion and I’m lucky enough to be able to call it my work.

When it comes to dieting I’m a big believer in keeping things flexible. A diet is something that should fit into your lifestyle...not the other way around.

I don’t believe in giving clients a limited list of foods to eat and sending them off into the wild. That may work for some but a) it’s completely unnecessary and b) will most likely give that client a bad relationship with food. A diet is there to be enjoyed regardless of whether you’re prepping for a show or not.
