And that analogy is pretty apt if you read the piece.
We’re all guilty of bitching and moaning at times, and simply just not working hard enough.
This attitude is rife in the fitness industry, with folk expecting everything to be handed to them – clients, article writing gigs, strength coach positions – and so on, all because they have a degree, or because they can bench 3 plates for reps.
It doesn’t work like that.
You have to make yourself known.
Go out there and graft.
And not rest on your laurels.
